About these terms
These terms apply when you use www.devishafoods.in or order from Devisha Foods. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Ordering
Orders are placed on WhatsApp at +91 81281 35976. Your order is confirmed only when we confirm it in the chat, together with the total and the delivery details. We may decline an order, for example if a product is not available.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are given in the chat when we confirm your order. Payment is made as agreed in the chat.
Delivery
Delivery is free in Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad on orders of ₹500 or more. For smaller orders or other places, we tell you the delivery charge and time before you confirm. Delivery times are estimates.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order by messaging us before it is dispatched.
Damaged or wrong items
Our products are food, so we cannot take back opened packs. If an item arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
Product information and allergens
The ingredients and directions for use of every product are on its pack and on our products page. Please read them before ordering, especially if you have a food allergy. Cocoa Nuts & Seeds Mix contains almonds, milk, sesame and poppy seeds, and Garam Masala contains sesame and poppy seeds. Product pictures are illustrations; the product may look different. Store products as directed on the pack.
Use of this website
The text, logo and images on this website belong to Devisha Foods. Please do not copy them without our permission. We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we may change products, ingredients or prices at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
